'The staff was friendly and helpful. One ice machine was out of service but the front desk informed me of where the additional ice machine was. Plenty of restaurants nearby within walking distance, and the continental breakfast was good. Right across the street from my daughter’s college campus. I’d stay there again whenever I visit Buffalo.'

'BEST value for UB parents. Small but clean nice rooms, comfy beds, super nice staff (everyone). I feel they upgraded their food in the last couple of years since I stayed here. The complimentary breakfast was excellent. The kitchen staff especially the young girl with short hair worked so hard with a great attitude. The coffee was good. Excellent price for all of the above. Close to all the stores new college students shop for their rooms - Target, Trader Joe's etc. This will be our go to...

'The room was very disappointing. The desk and other areas were dirty and appeared grimy, and there was a strange, unpleasant smell in the room. The air conditioning was not working properly, making the room uncomfortable, and the bedding did not smell fresh or clean. Overall, the room did not meet the standard I expected and made my stay very disappointing.'

'Prima hotel als uitvalsbasis in en om Buffalo. Dichtbij metro en bus om downtown te komen. Er is ook een gratis shuttle van het hotel.
Hotel is omgeven door het ziekenhuis dus niet heel sfeervol. Onze kamer zat aan de achterkant waardoor wel wat geluid van de ventilatie hoorbaar was. Maar met raam dicht gaf dit geen overlast.
Enige minpunt was het ontbijt. Dit was erg karig. Er was weinig keuze en wat er te kiezen was, was al grotendeels op om 8:30 en werd niet meer bijgevuld.
