Guest Access:
You'll have the home, the garage and driveway parking. Self check-in with a smart lock. Your unique door code is sent to you 2 days before arrival.

The Neighborhood:
The home is in a residential neighborhood (please be respectful of neighbors), right down the street from a local park with a playground, picnic tables and a basketball court. The rodeo grounds are an easy walk away.

Getting Around:
A scenic trail comes into the neighborhood and takes you right into town, a lovely walk with mountain views. Downtown Buena Vista is also a quick bike ride away. Park in the private garage or the driveway.

Other Things to Note:
• No air conditioning, like most Buena Vista homes. Ceiling or portable fans are provided. Opening windows at night and closing them in the morning helps a lot.
• A refundable deposit is held on your credit card during your stay to cover incidentals or damages.
• Guests must sign a rental agreement before the reservation is approved.
• The local property managers are nearby if you need them, but will leave you alone to enjoy your stay.
• Pets aren't allowed, but service animals are always welcome free of charge — we just appreciate a heads-up if you're bringing one.

Interaction with Guests:
Your hosts are locals and live in town. They're available when needed and will otherwise let you enjoy your stay.
