We’re located in Limpiddu, a small village in the municipality of Budoni, just 500 meters from the entrance to State Road 131, which will take you to Sardinia’s most beautiful destinations. The nearest beach is about 1 km away, Sa Capannizza, which you can reach by car, bike, or by taking the free “shuttle” service, just 50 meters from the house
The apartment, which is easy to reach, is located in a well-maintained, new complex with a pool, just a stone’s throw from a mini-market, a bar and tobacco shop, and a restaurant and pizzeria. It’s a quiet and secluded area yet convenient to amenities:

The house features paved gardens on two sides—one at the back of the house and one facing the pool—with hedges on both sides, where you can sunbathe. There is an outdoor shower, lounge chairs for sunbathing, and a barbecue area adjacent to the covered veranda, which features a dining or sitting area where you can relax.

The house is very bright and has been furnished in a modern style with light, balanced colors, complemented by pleasant pops of color in the choice of accessories.

The living room features a kitchenette equipped with all the amenities typically found in our homes; there are 4 seats at the dining table, in addition to those on the veranda, and a comfortable double sofa bed with a TV area.

The bedroom is a double room with a sofa bed, while two additional sleeping spots are available in the living room on a double sofa bed; therefore, the house can accommodate up to four people.

The bathroom has a shower and is equipped with various amenities and a washing machine.
