All the main public transport lines are within 3 minutes walking distance. A comfortable bed with the best quality mattress, an equipped kitchen, and a nice bathroom are waiting for you. Are you a smoker, even just occasionally? Outside, just right at the door, is a small table with an ashtray and two seats, so it is not a problem. In winter, you can enjoy underfloor heating and the most modern heating A/C. In the summer, A/C could get you cold, so be aware! Sunshine or complete darkness?
