Thank you for the feedback. I'm sorry if the duvet cover wasn't sparking clean. Our laundry checks every single items one by one and we also do that when we prepare the beds to our guests. Honestly, I have no clue how it happened, but will find out and fix the hole in the quality chain. Thank you for letting us know and I hope to meet you again. :)

Obviously. But the elevator worked, the curtains are dimm-outs. Also, if you open the window and someone smokes in the building, I don't think we can be blamed for that.
