« The apartment at the ground floor is in a new and modern building located 1 block from the beach (2 minutes). It is a private with a pretty non-heated pool (a little chill in December) but opened up the living space. The rooftop pool is very cool with open view to the ocean and coast (perfect for sunsets). We had our meals outside at walking distance and if you need groceries (large supermarket) it’s 15-20 minutes walk (or people rent bikes/golf cart). We were able to park our car by the...

« Everything around the property was top notch. Close to the beach and close to public transportation. One thing to improve is to state in the listing that personal info such as drivers license will be requested to get a QR code in order to check-in. By the way, turns out we were not even asked to provide the QR code... »

« Very nice condo on the main floor which was very convenient and had the bonus of a private pool! Everything you want provided and very comfortable. Nice part of Bucerias with all kinds of restaurants near by and a great beach! Going back! »

« The condo was clean and modern. Phillip could not have been more responsive and helpful! We landed on Christmas and he helped make things so smooth for us. I wish we could have stayed longer. The location was perfect - close to restaurants, shops, and the beach, the beds were comfortable, and the rooftop was beautiful! »
