'This property was spotless! For one day of our visit, my husband went fly fishing and I stayed to enjoy being at the property. Our unit was near the parking lot and it was even so quiet on this day. In the dining area, there is peaceful music playing indoor and outdoor. So nice to have a refrigerator that is large in the room that can hold leftovers from restaurants and also food from your travel cooler. I highly recommend the McKinley Edwards Inn!'

'The Lodge had charcoal, lighter fluid, and lighter ready the grill; there were also firestarters for the fire pits; a Blackstone hooked up and ready to go; AC set nice and cold…etc. Very well planned for nobody around in the office our entire four days. It’s like magic fairies came each day to reset while we were out.'

'My family and I came to the area for a weekend getaway to take our son to ride the Polar Express in Bryson City and stayed at the Lodge for 2 nights… and I could say the stay was definitely not long enough! It was a beautiful and quaint little lodge that was tucked away in the wilderness!! I had a mix up on my days and was able to call the owner directly to correct my mistake and he was so helpful and took care of it right away even though I booked through VRBO. Met him the 2nd night we were...
