« Amazing views, fun cabins, awesome pool and tons of wildlife. From our cabin “the Barndominium” we had horses nearby, tons of deer, ducks and beautiful views. Close to the lake so we were able to kayak and paddleboard up to the bat cave. Little bit of a drive to Chattanooga but it was easy access to the freeway. »

« We just enjoyed a very cozy night here! And the description is accurate: it had everything we needed including a nice bottle of wine. The fire pit was lighter-ready and making s’mores was just like I remember as a kid! We would definitely rebook and would recommend a stay here for a private and relaxing experience. Also very convenient for a visit to Cloudland Canyon. »

« My daughters and I stayed here for 3 nights on a girls' trip. We had an amazing time! The home is actually better, roomier, and nicer than it seems in the listing. We had a bonfire one night which was a lot of fun. It's very conveniently located - close enough to everything, but quiet and private. It has a well stocked kitchen & comfortable beds. Carrie was great with communication. The only thing that I would recommend would be to get the potholes in the driveway fixed. I drive a compact SUV...

« We had a wonderful time at Fern Cottage this weekend-it was a unique stay. Sage was very responsive to our questions. Overall the tiny house isn't at all too tiny and we were comfortable with 2 adults and 3 teens (ages 12, 15, and 17). The beds were all very comfortable with soft bedding! Fern Cottage was nicely decorated with the essentials. Coffee grinds with some creamers already available for use. « The house was adorable and just as described, clean, updated, in quiet and charming part of town close to everything, and with so many great spaces both inside and outside. I have never stayed in a listing that was so well equipped to meet any travel need especially the ones you forgot about, Beth has thought of everything. My two young kids kept asking to go back the whole way home. Next time we go back to Chattanooga we will definitely be staying here or another Beth's properties. »

« The cabin was perfect for a couples getaway. It is completely private and surrounded by beautiful grounds and nice outdoor kitchen and fire pit. « The townhome is adorable and super clean. Shannan has stocked the townhouse with everything you may need and more. She was so easy to communicate with and had great suggestions. Make sure you check out the house manual for great restaurants and local info.
