We are Just 7 blocks to the free A&M shuttle with parking garage. It runs 3 hours pre game and 1 hour post game. Don’t fight traffic! A stay here beats a hotel any day. My place is a brand new modern townhouse,1 block from Historic downtown Bryan anThe colorful howdy sign in the living room and retro furniture are perfect for your Insta-Worthy photos! Curl up on the sofa and stream the game or binge episodes on the 55” Roku TV. Get creative and enjoy the fully stocked kitchen. Utilize our vintage pastel dishes for a fun dinner party or small event! Coffee awaits every guest. Get ready in the downstairs half bath then head out back and have your coffee on the back porch. We provide a two seater dining set and a great backdrop for wedding showers or Aggie Ring Dunks! Go Upstairs to the loft room with a twin trundle bed including a small desk area for work from home peeps. This room has no entry door atop the stairs but is separated by a door that leads into the master suite. It shares the full bath with the master. Our master suite boasts a luxury cooling gel foam king mattress with topper. We have all white luxury linens as well. It is connected to the bathroom with walk in Shower and full size laundry. Amenities include: keyless entry/self check-in,4 seater kitchen island,fully stocked kitchen, coffee maker with coffee, 55” Roku TV streaming in the living room and master suite, fast speed internet, full size laundry room with washer- dryer, fenced backyard space,Central heat and air/ luxury hand soaps/plush towels/hair dryer/toiletries and more. Step outside and walk one block to downtown Historic Bryan. There is something for everyone, from a farm dinner under the moon at Ronin, afternoons eating at Proudest Monkey and 3rd on Main, or a peaceful sunset at Lake Bryan. Brunch at Lake walk Campfire is my fave! Join the locals every first friday of the month for “First Friday” Live music food and fun! Enjoy shopping with your girlfriends at Savage Diva and have wine at Vino Boheme. Catch the free shuttle to A&M and avoid game-day traffic. Have a cute girls getaway and capture your memories.
