Loved the staff at the incheck counter, very welcoming. A lovely style to the whole hotel. One of the cleanest rooms I have ever stayed in and the breakfast was amazing with fresh fruits, veggies and bread and even te option to make your own waffels. Loved it!

Hele moderne en sfeervolle ruimtes. De kamers zijn heel netjes en beschikken over goede bedden en een geweldige tv. De badkamer heeft een fijne douche en een degelijke haardroger - niet zo een die amper blaast, zoals je ze in veel hotels tegenkomt

Vakantie in Brussel
Alles wat nodig is, is aanwezig ! Moderne ruime kamers, goede bedden, en iedere dag opgefrist. Geen lawaai van de straat of in de binnenruimtes (goede geluidsisolatie), ondanks vele jonge gasten was het rustig. Zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Ook het restaurant is van goede kwaliteit, ik koos voor een lichtere maaltijd met gegrilde kip en heb genoten. 's Avonds gezellige hoeken met zitbanken en interessante boeken. Ik heb hier fijne dagen doorgebracht en raad het zeker aan. Tot de volgende keer !

On out little trip around europe, we booked Moxy Frankfurt, then onto Moxy Brussels, we paid for Breakfast in both, it stated Breakfast starts at 6.30am, which was perfect for us, as we had early trains to catch, No issues with the frankfurt accommodation, but when we went down at 6.30 at Moxy Brussels, we got told due to it being a weekend Breakfast starts at 7am. I mentioned we had to leave hotel at 6.50 and had paid for breakfast. Reply back was it opens at 7am, so nothing they can do. No alternative was offered like muffins, or even a refund.

Dear JasonI am deeply sorry for the miscommunication.May I kindly ask you where is stated that breakfast start at 6.30 everyday? We would like to avoid this from happening again. Just so you know, we are not able to change a rate that you have booked through an extra platform like Expedia, therefore the refund was not an option. The pastries are freshly prepared on the spot, so if we could not give you any, it means we didn't have any ready yet to give you unfortunately.I hope you will give us another chance to show you the amazing service we strive to provide!Thank you!Again, our apologies.

This is a boutique hotel but has all the main amenities including a restaurant, snack/coffee /drinks bar and small gym. Our room was very comfortable and spacious - good for 2 adults and 2 kids. WiFi was fast and reliable.

The staff make it
My husband and I really enjoyed our stay here. Location is perfect, lots of bars and restaurants locally plus a bus right outside and a tube station about a 7 minute walk away. The breakfast was very good and had everything you could wish for. It initially seems excessive at €18 each but we found Brussels to be quite expensive, so eating elsewhere isn’t really any cheaper. The rooms were really spacious and the shower was great. Only a couple of small niggles….we could have done with extra pillow (there is only 1 each). Also, if you prefer to have the window open rather than the AC on, you struggle overnight as the bed has an automatic light which detects movement. Therefore if the curtains are open to let air in, any movement outside this keeps tripping the light. All in all though, we really liked the hotel and the staff really can’t do enough for you. They were fantastic. As were the free welcome drinks!

Excellent séjour au Moxy Brussels.
Séjour parfait dans cet hotel vraiment très agréable. Tout était très bien : la chambre, le restaurent, la salle de sport et le bar. Seul bémol : le parking ne disposant pas d'un accès direct à l'hotel.

Great Hotel
The Moxy hotel was incredibly clean, tidy, well serviced and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and immaculate and it was easy to navigate around the hotel. There were snacks to purchase in the lobby and umbrellas to rent. The vibe was modern with great posters on the walls and quirky quotes here and there, even in the Golden lift. I was quite sad to see there was neither tea/coffee making facilities or a safe to store items I'd rather not have carried around the town. Storage is minimal in the room with only 6 coat hangers and a small shelf above, so be prepared to live out of a suitcase if staying for more than a few days. This would NOT put me off staying again. The hotel was situated around a 30minute walk from grand place which got a little tiring back and forth but the Ubers were fast and affordable so not an issue.

Hôtel très design, avec une partie commune tres bien décorée et chaleureuse avec acces a des jeux de société. La chambre était très propre et agréable, un seul petit bémol pour la literie qui mériterait d'être changée dans la chambre que nous avons eu. Le personnel était très accueillant. Une mention particulière pour le manager ce matin qui nous est venu en aide suite à des dégradations sur notre véhicule dans la rue.

Lovely family week-end
Lovely clean like new hotel. The staff were very polite, friendly and helpful and the welcome drink a bonus. The rooms were quite spacious and very clean but lacked the normal tea and coffee making facilities we are used to. The location was very convenient for shopping and restaurants which we thoroughly enjoyed

Had a wonderful stay here when staying in Brussels for the weekend. The hotel was lovely, and the staff extremely helpful and full of information about the city and where is good to go. Close to shops and public transport.

I enjoyed every aspect of this hotel. Its proximity to the #71 bus stop is incredibly convenient for travelers. The cleanliness and spaciousness of the rooms are commendable. My only complaint is the absence of a coffee machine in the room.
