Hôtel près de Brumley Road Trailhead (Chuluota)

« Nice clean place and friendly staff. »

« Stayed at this property 4 nights. Good things: Parking was convenient in front of the property as long as you had the parking pass on your dash. Had some amenities (didn't use). Desk was friendly and prevented someone from randomly purchasing items with our room number by calling to validate they were staying with us (they were not). Bad things: Our room was never cleaned/towels replaced without us asking throughout our stay. We had to ask for towels twice as the room service never came when...

« Overall, I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Friendly helpful staff. Numerous shopping merchants nearby. The offered breakfast was great. My primary issue of why I would not return to this particular hotel location is the outdated & uncleaned bathroom. The ventilation in the bathroom requires an upgrade to deter the pink mold in the bathroom. Hair was found in bathroom floor & walls. »

« I traveled for 5 hours and arrived in the hotel around 10:25pm. The staff told me that they were fully-booked. However, the staff told me that if I was willing to wait, the maid would clean my room and I had to wait 30-60 minutes. My room was ready after 30 minutes. He also told me that he would give me a refund if I wanted to. I was upset and tired. »

« I book this hotel because the other hotel were not available for the date I requested. We stayed for 3 nights. Continental breakfast was included, but selection was poor and limited. I won't called it a breakfast. Ice machine was out of order. If you're looking for a decent place to stay, it's OK. Hotel do need some TLC and maintenance. Would I stay again, probably would. Staff was very helpful. »
