'When I booked this hotel the photos ended up not looking anything like what I booked. Where I ended up looked like we were in sex worker central. Maybe you should update your photos so people know that instead of a charming hotel, it’s a place you take your sex worker for the night. I paid my dues and they charged me an extra $31.50.. for what you ask I have no clue. This place sucked and was creepy as heck. I will not return to this place at all.'

'Check in was quick and easy. However, the hotel itself is getting run down. Rooms are very small. There was hair in the bathtub which was disgusting. Chair in room was filthy.'

'The room was clean. The staff was super helpful when we made a booking error. The quiet pool closed early so we avoided the pool as the other was extra busy. Buffet breakfast was fantastic.'

'Their breakfast buffet got better. They used to offer either bacon or sausages at the buffet. During my recent stay, they offered both at the sane time. Their eggs are cooked nicely compared to other buffets I've tried recently.'

'Stayed here as a stopover. Basic clean place, it’s an Econolodge after all. Check-in was smooth and person at the counter was very friendly. Room is dated and furnished with an eclectic combo of things :-) But it’s clean. Shower has decent water pressure. Bit of an issue with noise from hall way and plumbing but nothing to worry about. No elevator so if you have heavy bags, ask for a ground floor room. Didn’t try the continental breakfast. '

'I highly recommend this hotel over the much pricier “brand names”. The hotel is modern, clean, has a unique and trendy feel and spacious, well-appointed rooms. Hotel Arts will be my first choice on return business trips to Calgary.'
