My room was in an apartment building with other apartments. There is no reception in the building. The rooms share a common bathroom - there were two (maybe three) other rooms in my apartment. The room was clean and generally comfortable, but there was no desk - just a bed and a chair. The kitchen was small but generally well-equipped. Other than the kitchen, there is no common area.
I arrived after 10:00pm so I had to go to another address and put in a code for the door and then a code to a lock box to get my key. Then I had to go to the apartment building and use the keys to enter the building and go to my apartment. The apartment building entrance is on the side and not that easy to find. I had a Czech friend with me and even he had a bit of trouble to find the building and entrance.
The wifi was weak and I finally used my telephone to connect.
I used the QR code for check-out and left the keys on the table. I am not that was correct procedure. I never had human contact with someone from the establishment.
If you are staying for several days or with a group (and don't need strong internet) then I would recommend this apartment service, but for one or two nights, it's too much of a hassle and never great to share a bathroom.
