  • Een charmant en licht appartement op de begane grond met een panoramisch uitzicht over Torbay .. 2 treden naar de ingang.
    Allemaal op de begane grond.
    Open leefruimte.
    Woongedeelte: met Freeview-tv, dvd-speler, iPod-dock, cd-speler met een selectie van cd's, een eenpersoonsslaapbank en een Franse deur naar een balkon.
    Eethoek.
    Keukenhoek: met elektrische oven, elektrische kookplaat, magnetron, koelkast / vriezer en een wasmachine.
    Slaapkamer: met een tweepersoonsbed.
    Badkamer: met douche boven een bad en toilet .. Centrale verwarming (oktober-mei), elektrische kachels (juni-september), elektriciteit, beddengoed, handdoeken en Wi-Fi inbegrepen. Wasruimte met wasmachine en droger (gedeeld met andere eigenschappen ter plaatse). Balkon met tuinmeubilair. Toegewezen parkeerplaats voor 1 auto. Niet roken .. 3 Linden Court is een licht en luchtig appartement met één slaapkamer, met uitzicht op Brixham en over Torbay. Met het stadscentrum en de haven op slechts een korte wandeling, is dit de perfecte locatie als u van een langzamer leven wilt genieten.

    Binnen is het appartement licht en ruim met een ingetogen inrichting en moderne verlichting. De open woonkamer, keuken en eetkamer biedt een werkelijk adembenemend uitzicht op de haven, heerlijk om even voor de tv te staan en te genieten van een ontspannende avond. Voor de nachten dat u geen zin heeft om uit te gaan, is de keuken uitgerust met alles wat u nodig heeft om een storm op te zetten.

    Het appartement heeft de toegevoegde bonus van een eigen balkon, wederom, genietend van die spectaculaire uitzichten. Ingericht met een tafel en stoelen, zul je uren kunnen zitten en kijken naar de wereld die voorbijgaat.

    Het stadscentrum en de drukke haven liggen op slechts een korte loopafstand, dus een wandeling rond de winkels, een luie middagdrank of een traditioneel portie fish and chips zijn allemaal binnen enkele minuten van 3 Linden Court. Je zult Breakwater Beach net iets verderop vinden, en de populaire badplaatsen Torquay en Paignton zijn vlakbij.

We really enjoyed our holiday in this beautiful appartment.

We really enjoyed our holiday in this beautiful appartment. It is clean and extremely comfortable with all the amenities you need for a relaxing break. The views from the terrace are amazing and it is only a short walk downhill to the town. The owner Janet was very helpful contacting us beforehand to answer any questions and check everything was ok. A fantastic apartment.Location and view can not be bettered.Parking a extra Local amenities great ,with a friendly atmosphere. Pleasant walk down but at a certain age you need a taxi back. We must have enjoyed it as we have already booked twice for next year.

Brixham is one of Devon's Gems, and Linden Court is one of Brixhams best positioned properties, you could spend a day sightseeing from the apartments balcony. On arrival, best advice is park up in the alloted slot, and leave the car until its your last day, best walking everywhere. Lots of places to eat, Simply Fish, The Guardhouse and On The Rocks come highly recommended, Co-Op and Tesco 10 minutes walk away. Dropped a point because the times we ate in, the kitchen utensils and appliances on offer are a bit lacking , ie blunt chopping knives made food prep awkward and minimal condiments other than salt and pepper, and no 1 pint beer glasses ! The flat is easily big enough and comfortable for 2, additional guests on the pullout sofa bed in the lounge. Will return, this was our second stay at Linden Court in 4 years.

I've stayed in Linden Court many times in the last five years but this was the first time at number 3. I have to say in terms of comfort & fixtures & fittings it is the best of the apartments that I've stayed in. It was also nice to get a welcome (text) message from the owner Janet the day before due arrival; a first in the ten or so holidays I've had at Linden Court, a very nice touch. Lots of nice extras bundled in including shower gels, soap, shampoo & conditioner & free tea, coffee, milk as well as jams & confectionery. A lovely place to stay in a beautiful (largely) unspoilt Devon resort.

It had everything we needed in it and was very comfortable and the added little touches of gifts of fudge, jam, marmalade, tea in a little gift set was lovely. Would definitely recommend it to others and would stay here again myself.
