The popular beach at Breakwater or Shoalstone is 0.5 miles away. The property, which boasts sea views, sleeps eight guests and makes a great base for a family reunion or getaway with friends. Enjoy memorable evenings on the roof terrace, sharing delicious food under the stars.


The elegant family home is bright and spacious, with high ceilings and impressive bay windows. The property has a reverse-level layout to maximise the views, and the lounge/kitchen/diner is located on the first floor. This open-plan, contemporary space has a large dining table for entertaining and comfortable seating arranged around a Smart TV, Echo studio and PlayStation 4. A double bedroom with an en-suite shower room is also on this level.


On the ground floor is a super-king-size bed (can be made up as twins on request) with smart TV, echo dot and shower room, On the second floor there is the family suite comprising of a super-king-size bed (can be made up as twins on request) and with an additional two single beds, smart TV, echo dot with large shower room. The property has an enclosed patio garden with a BBQ, dining furniture for 8 and a roof terrace with outdoor seating for 8 nestled into the cliff. Wifi is full fibre broadband.


Lose yourself in the magic of Brixham, exploring its cobbled streets, taking photos of its colourful cottages, and dining in one of the many independent restaurants. Take a tour of the spectacular Golden Hind – a full-size replica of Sir Francis Drake’s ship – or hop on the ferry to spend the day in Paignton or Torquay. The beach at Shoalstone is always a family favourite, and has a refreshing seawater pool for those who are feeling brave. From the cottage, you can also enjoy a day trip to the riverside town of Dartmouth (5 miles).

- Heating is connected to Hive and can be controlled through Alexa on the Echo devices in the bedrooms and living room

- Enclosed garden with dining furniture for 8, wooden benches and a charcoal BBQ (please clean after use), roof terrace with seating for 8

- Private parking: 1 large car with the garage door down and a smaller car parked across the driveway. In the summer 2 cars can park tandem in the garage/drive leaving the door up (can't leave the garage door up in the colder months). It is recommended to reverse into the garage so it is easier for the drivers door Access. Free on road parking available round the corner all year round. October to March, 3 spaces on the road opposite the house.
