Nous avons eu la chance de pouvoir laisser nos bagages le matin à la femme de ménage,car sinon,pas d’accueil,pas de réception.tout fonctionne par code.nous avons ressenti un manque de contact humain.impersonnel.quelle différence avec notre séjour précédent de tortola avec un gérant aux petits soins. »
