Hôtel près de Théâtre Britannia Pier (Great Yarmouth)

« The room was very warm even with the windows open as it was at the top of the property. A room fan was provided but it meant that there was a constant noise when it was on. The breakfast was really nice. »

« Very clean room staff were there when needed and always helpful breakfast was excellent very happy with everything thank you »

« Clean but a little dated hotel. Only one tiny bottle of shampoo / shower gel provided in the bathroom. »

« OK so ..parking was good but tight .. To me the restaurant is in the wrong location..would have liked it if it was on the main floor where breakfast is served so you could have a view over the sea front while having you main meal ..rather than down below ground level .. sorry but the prices are a little high .. drink .starter .main ..half pint coke ..pate ..fish chips and peas for £32. 00 is high sorry that's my thoughts ..food was nice but still .. staff are a credit to the hotel. »

« Lady who runs it was lovely very clean room smelt lovely room was a bit small and bed was not very comfortable but every thing else was spot on »

« staff were extremely polite and helpful. »

« Photos don't do this place justice. I had a very comfortable stay in their cosy studio. Very clean. High quality bedding. Plenty channels on the smart tv. Fast reliable wifi and good cooking facilities. »

« Staff werecextremely friendly and helpful »

« Helpful staff. Sorted out parking. Table broken in room. Shower no pressure, dribbled out. Room fan very poor, very little air coming out even at high speed. Complimentary bodywash and shampoo so small not worth open the packed. »

« The staff were amazing, couldn't do enough for you, but it had lots wrong in our rooms, hairdryer didn't work/ over bed lights weren't even connected in, in the other room i booked the shower shot out at every angle/ there was only 1 shower door on so the water ended up all over the toilet & bathroom, & it was more like a shoe box than a room the size of it »

« Booked 3nights, Only stayed 2. General condition I felt was poor. Macerator toilet noisy for most of night. Location is good though. »

« Emplacement top près du pier, mais tous les restaurants fermés debut septembre dommage. Matelas usé et inconfortable. Travaux dans la cour sous nos fenêtres dès 7h45 nous réveillant, impossible d'ouvrir le rideau car les ouvriers avaient le nez dans la chambre lol Accueil et service super agréable »

« Very bad quality rooms, bed uncomfortable, floor inclined, dirty and messy on arrival, requested a receipt for the parking and took me 5 reminders and 2 weeks for them to send it to me. Honestly unless there’s nothing else around, DONT pick it, not worth it even thought is a cheap place »

« Great stay amazing staff helpful »

« good location for seafarers, same type of hotel in the neighborhood, perfect welcoming and assistance from staff to book a taxi and book a PCR test at a clinic nearby. »
