Welcome to our 4-bedroom house, located just a short stroll from the Gloucester Road and within easy access to Filton and the City Centre. Whether you’re visiting for leisure, work, or with family, this home offers everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

✨ Kitchen: Cook your favourite meals in our fully equipped kitchen with a 4-hob electric oven, microwave, and all necessary cooking utensils. The stylish retro fridge freezer keeps your essentials fresh, and the washing machine ensures you have everything you need for longer stays.

Garden: Enjoy the shared outdoor space featuring a patio with chairs, an umbrella, and a pergola – perfect for relaxing with a morning coffee or evening drink. Please note the garden is shared with annex tenants who use the rear section.

Bedroom 1: Double bed with fresh linens, 28" TV with Roku, wardrobe, and foldable table and chairs for four. Two towels provided.

Bedroom 2: Double bed, 32" TV with Roku, wardrobe, and two towels.

Bedroom 3: Double bed, large desk and chair, ideal for remote working. Two towels provided.

Bedroom 4: Single bed with fresh linens, 15" TV with Roku, wardrobe, and one towel.

Getting Around:

Free parking is available on Wessex Avenue or Filton Avenue, but please avoid parking on yellow lines or bus stops.
