'Overall great value for money accommodation! Quite central to Bristol and the area around has a lot of shops and places to eat very lively atmosphere with students etc. The communication was excellent and staff were attentive. House is nice, quite basic inside, and a little run down but clean and no safety concerns. Parking is limited to paid on the street, and it's a busy area with a fair bit of road noise all night due to single pane windows. But overall good and well organised letting company...

'There was holes in the floor, the corners were dusty, and not just oh they forgot to dust, this has been built up like they only bother to vacum the centre. The floorboards does creak, the doors are loud when trying to sleep.'

'The room was far too hot. There was a thick winter 13 tog duvet on our bed ( and it was June weather) my husband asked for a blanket and sheet so the cleaner took away duvet but only left a sheet no blanket, so we were then cold on our second night and had to put our light raincoats on ourselves to keep warm:( The bed was far too small with it being a small double. Suggest you get smaller bedsize cabinets thsn the chunky ones and invest in a wider king-size bed for comfort for guests!'

'It was a beautiful place to stay. Ideal location, staff were polite and very helpful. Our room was immaculate and there were some really lovely touches. I can highly recommend this hotel. We loved it.'

'The Redan is an excellent travellers rest. About a 30 minute drive Bath, The Redan has everything you need for a short stay, clean, comfortable and quiet, our room was very spacious with an equally spacious ensuite. The pub itself has a great atmosphere, with excellent food and drinks and the staff were friendly and helpful.'
