🔸️Children must be supervised at all times

🔸️Check-in time is 3:00 PM
🔸️Check-out time is 10:00 AM
🔸️Unauthorized late check-out fees:
- $50 per hour
- After 12:00 PM: charged at full day rate (no discounts)

🚭 Smoking, Vaping, E-Cigarettes
🔸️No smoking, vaping, use of e-cigarettes inside the property
🔸️Additional cleaning/deodorising fees from $250+ may apply

🎉 Parties & Events
🔸️Strictly no parties or events
🔸️Breach of this rule may result in immediate cancellation without refund

🔇 Noise & Quiet Hours
🔸️Quiet hours: 9:00 PM – 7:00 AM
🔸️Please be respectful of neighbors at all times
🔸️Ongoing noise complaints may result in booking cancellation without refund

🔸️No pets allowed
🔸️A cleaning fee will apply if this rule is not followed

🛠 Damages & Lost Items

🔸️Replacement/repair costs may apply
🔸️Left something behind? We can post it back for $30 + postage

Both guest bedrooms offer plush queen-sized beds and built-in wardrobes. Styled with modern décor and calming tones, these rooms provide a welcoming space to relax and recharge.

Bedroom Four

Perfect for families or additional guests, the fourth bedroom includes two king single beds, offering flexibility without compromising on comfort.

Living & Dining

The open-plan living and dining area is designed for connection and relaxation. Enjoy comfortable seating, a light-filled atmosphere, and a seamless flow throughout the home — perfect for entertaining or winding down after a long day.

Kitchen

The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need to prepare meals with ease, whether it’s a quick breakfast before heading out or a relaxed dinner at home.

Please note that one room will remain locked as it is reserved for cleaning staff and storage of housekeeping supplies. This does not impact guest use of the property in any way.

All other areas of the home are fully accessible for your enjoyment.
