Late check-outs must be approved in advance and are charged at:
$50 per hour (up to 4 hours).
Unauthorized departures more than 4 hours late will incur additional charges equal to the nightly rate.

Events & Gatherings

Parties, events, gatherings, or unauthorized visitors are strictly prohibited.
Any breach may result in penalties, immediate removal from the property, cancellation of the remainder of the stay, and forfeiture of any refund.

Smoking
Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited:
Inside and outside the apartment, including the balcony. If there is any evidence of this, you will incur a fee.

Smoking in the building, common areas, or entrances will incur a minimum $500 deep-cleaning fee. They may result in immediate removal from the property without refund, in accordance with building regulations.

Pets

This property is not pet-friendly.

Unauthorized pets will incur a minimum $350 cleaning fee and may result in cancellation of the stay without refund.

Noise & Respect for Neighbors

Please respect our neighbors and the building`s residential nature.
Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM

Excessive noise, disturbances, or complaints from neighbors or building management may result in penalties or immediate removal from the property without a refund.

Access
Lock-out/call-out Assistance:
$100 before 5:00 PM
$200 after 5:00 PM, weekends, or public holidays.

Keys
Lost or unreturned keys/fobs incur a $500 replacement fee.

For the security of our apartment keys, the keyring contains an Apple AirTag. It is used only to help recover the keys if they are lost or misplaced. It is not used to track guests or monitor your movements. Thank you for your understanding and for helping us keep our key sets secure.

For security reasons, keys and fobs must not be shared with unregistered guests.

Registered Guests Only

Only guests included in the reservation or approved before arrival may access or stay at the property.

Unauthorized guests or additional occupants may result in cancellation of the booking without refund.

Care of the Home

Please treat the apartment with care and leave it in a respectful condition.

Additional cleaning, damage, missing items, or excessive mess may result in extra charges for repair, replacement, or cleaning.
