One of the best things about this property is its incredibly convenient location. The Snapper & Bimba Street bus stop is right outside the property, making it easy to explore the island without bringing a car.

With 50c bus fares and $1 daily tickets, travelling around the island is wonderfully affordable. The bus picks you up directly from the ferry terminal and drops you right outside the house.

From here, you can easily catch the bus to the pub, shops and cafes, as well as the beautiful beaches around Point Lookout.
There’s also plenty within walking distance, so you’re guaranteed a little exercise during your stay!

A Few Important Things to Know

No pets are permitted.

Wi-Fi is provided as a complimentary extra. As there is no separate charge for the service, any issues will be attended to as soon as possible, but uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed.

To ensure the comfort of guests and our neighbours, we do not accept bookings for Schoolies or groups where guests are under 21 years of age.

There is also a no-noise-after-10pm rule in the area.

Holiday Rental Conditions

Payment for your booking confirms that you and all guests staying at the property agree to abide by the property's Terms and Conditions, which can be viewed under the Guest Information section of the website.

This is a holiday rental property, not a principal place of residence, and there are no shared rooms. You can enjoy your stay with comfort, privacy and your own space.

The property is approved for accommodation purposes only. No additional mattresses, tents, caravans or more vehicles than the property accommodates are permitted.

Peace of Mind When Booking

For your added security, the property is managed by a Licensed Real Estate Agent.

Payments will never be requested to an overseas bank account, and your money is securely held in the agent's Trust Account until after your departure.
