Guests will have exclusive access to the entire house, ensuring a private and relaxing stay. This includes four spacious bedrooms, three modern bathrooms (two en-suites), a large, bright living area, and a brand-new fully equipped kitchen perfect for cooking and dining.

Step outside to enjoy the stunning garden with sea views, ideal for morning coffee or evening BBQs. Guests can also make use of the large garage and driveway parking for up to two cars.

Check-in is seamless with secure, self-check-in available anytime after 3 PM using a lock box and key.

💳 Important Information

Security Deposit: A £200 security deposit will be collected prior to check-in. This will be fully refunded within 7 days of departure, provided no damage is found.

🚗 Parking: Complimentary parking is available for up to four vehicles in the driveway, with additional parking in the garage. Please note, cars are left at the guest’s own risk.

🕒 Check-In: Check-in is available after 3 PM via a seamless self-check-in process using a key lock and access code for your convenience.

⏰ Early Check-In / Late Check-Out: If you require an early check-in or late check-out, please let us know in advance. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability.
