The Space:

Bedford Street boasts four beautifully appointed bedrooms, each designed with comfort in mind, making it perfect for families, groups of friends, or couples seeking a peaceful retreat.



Located in the basement, the first bedroom is a spacious king room featuring an ensuite shower room. This room ensures easy access and convenient for guests preferring their own space to enjoy.



Also in the basement, you’ll find a WC and a utility space equipped with a washer, ensuring you have all the comforts of home during your stay.



Ascending the stairs again to the ground floor, you will discover the heart of Bedford Street: a spacious kitchen-diner designed for cooking and socialising. The traditional dining table is perfect for shared meals or game nights. The kitchen is a chef’s dream. It is fully equipped with an induction hob, oven, dishwasher and a full-height fridge freezer for your convenience. A microwave, kettle and a toaster are also provided.



The living room, located on the first floor features four plush leather sofas. Entertainment options include a flat-screen Smart TV.



Up the stairs to the second floor is another relaxing bedroom with a king size bed perfect for couples within your group.



Next door, you’ll find the main bathroom, which features a refreshing shower and a luxurious freestanding bath, providing a perfect spot to unwind after a day of exploring Brighton.



Up on the third floor, there are two further bedrooms offering a double bed and a king-size bed. All bedrooms are thoughtfully furnished with drawers, bedside tables, and wardrobes, ensuring ample storage for your belongings. We also provide complimentary hand wash and body wash for your convenience.
