« The cabin was comfortable and welcoming. Very clean and functional. Beds were comfortables. We cooked all our meals,.the kitchen was well equipped. Bring water because the water is coming from a well ( hosts provided bottled water at arrival. We loved the view on the pound from the cabin. Easy access to a small beach where the kids could play in the sand. We went hiking about 20-30 minutes from the cabin. Well situated. Loved the decoration! On a rainy morning we tried to count all the bears!...

« The house was very clean & well appointed! Group of us were in the area for a wedding, plenty of room & wonderful accommodations! Michelle was so great, one of our party left some items in the house after checkout & Michelle went out of her way to make sure we got them back! Highly highly recommend this place! »

« House was immaculately clean and fresh. Great private location that makes you feel like you’re away from it all. We happened to check in on a hot, humid , 90 degree plus day ( more and more of those in the ADKS these days) and just know there is only 1 portable AC unit in the entire place. Not truly adequate to cool the whole house with the back bedrooms. There are ceiling fans in each bedroom and two floor fans that we found in the closets but if you’re use to AC just be aware, it’s a bit warm....

« This house was just great! Beautifully renovated old house with lots of amenities to make it very comfortable. The location, just off the Central Park in Brandon was perfect for restaurants and strolling the downtown. The host was attentive and easy to reach. Highly recommended this house. »

« Absolutely gorgeous property with views you won't believe. Loved spending time on the dock fishing and just enjoying the scenery with my kids and husband. There was room for our big family, and our teenagers were able to have their own space at night. Our family could come here over and over again, five stars all around. »

« We had a wonderful time at this lovely home which has fabulous views of the lake and a terrific deck and chairs to watch the sunset on. The house has everything you need for a comfortable stay, with all the kitchen items you need, a washer and dryer, AC, comfortable beds, a family room, games, etc. the house also has a dock which accommodated our 20’ boat well. The owners were easy to communicate with and very responsive. Overall a great stay!! »

« Need a little getaway before the chaos of the school year. This location was so quiet and peaceful. The dock and deck provided great places to sip your morning coffee. I brought my two rescues and discovered my senior dog loves canoeing and kayaking! »

« This was an amazing property. The check in process was easy. The views from the deck were breathtaking looking out over Lake Champlain with the Adirondacks as the backdrop. The house had everything you need from the well supplied kitchen to the comfortable king sized bed. The hosts (Barbs) were also so friendly and helpful. We highly recommend this rental. « This lake house is unbelievable for our family reunion of relatives ranging in age from 77 to 7. All loved the amenities and how much space we all had to spread out. The dock was spacious and kept us entertained with the floating Maui Mat, high dive, and comfy chairs. We are an active group and fully expected to leave for excursions every day as we have done in previous trips but with a boat rental and all the things to do around the house, we did not feel a need to leave. « The house was perfect for a family. Kitchen was well supplied with all cooking needs. Bathrooms, 4 full, were updated and clean. Supplies for bathrooms, including towels, were great. Kids toys, games and books were perfect for our 6 and 8 year old kids. The 3rd floor bonus room was fantastic equipped with large couch, big screen TV, foosball table and full bath. Dining room table could seat 10. Front porch was a perfect place to sit and watch the sunset. Location close enough to walk...

« DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! The listing is criminally incorrect. There are not two bedrooms, only one. They gave us air mattresses that deflated in less than 30 minutes. There is mold in the bathroom. The view is of other cabins in various stages of decay and actually falling apart. The service was mean and nasty, like they resented being bothered. But the most important thin is the listing is completely WRONG. It is false advertising. DO NOT STAY HERE. YOU WILL REGRET IT!! »

« We checked in Friday night around 6pm and the driveway and property was very dark with no lights on. Once we entered the house we attempted to turn the outside light on but it didn’t work. The bedrooms downstairs were freezing. We couldn’t locate a thermostat anywhere downstairs.We assumed that meant the heat downstairs was controlled by the upstairs thermostat but it didn’t specify separate zones so we were confused. I went through the welcome book to make sure there wasn’t something we were...

« Our family vacation at The Rocks was amazing. The house had everything we would have wanted. The view of Lake Champlain and the mountains in New York is stunning and easily visible from various points on the property.I have been vacationing at Long Point for decades. It’s a tradition my grandfather started. The Rocks is by far the nicest house where we have ever stayed. The fact that all bedrooms had window air conditioners made sleeping at night extremely comfortable. We would definitely return...
