'Beds and room were decent. The bathroom was a bit dated and not very well maintained (poor paint, old dirty grout, cracked caulking, etc). Beach access and tennis courts were amazing! Very close to great deli for breakfast and the staff were very helpful.'

'This is a unique property well located in downtown Greenport. The beds and linens were comfortable , slippers and robes available. There is parking available but it can fill up especially later in the evening. Also unique in that the front desk is not staffed -there is a phone number to call for service and check in . The phone is answered promptly and they were friendly each time I called. They provided coffee and ice water in the common area . Lots of restaurants with in walking distance...
