- Dining area: a large table that can accommodate up to eight guests both indoors and outdoors to share meals in the open air overlooking the village of Brides-les-Bains.
- Spacious living room: with its central fireplace which offers a warm space, two two-seater sofas and two benches, including connected flat screen TV, internal channel with all the information of the residence.
- Separate TV room separated from the living room by a glass wall: flat screen TV, two benches.
- Free wifi access: with a network dedicated to our residences.
- Strongbox.
- Private Nordic bath on the east terrace that can be used by up to 3 people at the same time.

NIGHT AREA :
- A master bedroom, with a choice of a double bed 180 x 200 cm or two single beds 90 x 200 cm and a private bathroom with toilet, flat screen TV.
- A "suite" room, with a choice of a double bed 180 x 200 cm or two single beds 90 x 200 cm, flat screen TV.
- A double room, with a double bed 140 x 200.
- These two sleeping areas share a bathroom with a shower, a bathtub and a toilet.
- In order to accommodate 2 more people (8 people max/apartment) - a sleeping arrangement in the TV room with 2 simple beds 90 x 200 cm is possible within confirmation of the Residence.
- By default, the beds are prepared as double beds for last minute bookings.
