Smoking is not allowed in the cabin.
Pets are not permitted.
No events, parties, or large gatherings are allowed.
Crooked River allows parking for a maximum of two vehicles during holiday periods.
Age Requirement: Must be at least 25 years old to book.
Additional Fees: Additional fees and taxes may apply.
Photo ID: A photo ID may be required upon check-in.
Stairs: This condo requires the use of stairs and does not include elevator access.
Cameras are present at the front door, deck, and garage, all facing outward.

Enjoy special events, prize giveaways, and freshly groomed runs ready for your first turns of the season. The mountains are calling — don’t miss it!

Damage Waiver: SkyRun includes a property damage protection waiver of $59 on each reservation, this may be included under the 'Cleaning Fee' or 'Host Fee' on some OTAs. The damage waiver covers damage to the property up to $1,500 so long as the damage is accidental and reported to SkyRun prior to your departure. It does not cover damage that is willful, the result of negligence, or damage caused by the misuse of household items. It also doesn't cover unreported damage. SkyRun doesn't charge our guests a refundable damage deposit in lieu of the waiver. Unlike a refundable damage deposit, the damage protection waiver is non-refundable.
