Conveniently located — only 3.5 hours from Las Vegas, 4 hours from Salt Lake City, and just 45 minutes from Cedar City — this cabin is perfectly positioned for exploring Utah’s most breathtaking destinations: 10 minutes to Cedar Breaks, 1 hour to Bryce Canyon, 1.5 hours to Zion, and 3 hours to the North Rim of the Grand Canyon.
The Space
The main level features an inviting living room with an open floor plan, ideal for gathering after a day outdoors. The fully equipped kitchen includes granite countertops, wood cabinetry, and all the essentials you need to cook and dine together — just bring food!
Enjoy meals in the separate dining area, then unwind in the cozy living space that opens onto a covered wrap-around deck with outdoor seating and a gas BBQ, perfect for taking in mountain air and forest views.
Upstairs, the master bedroom is a beautiful open loft suite with a king bed and ensuite bathroom featuring a soaking tub and separate shower. The second bedroom includes a full-size bed. On the main level, an office/family room combo offers a sleeper sofa, providing flexible sleeping arrangements for families or groups. A washer and dryer are located on the basement level for your convenience.
The paved, plowed road ensures easy year-round access in every season.
Winter Adventures

House as advertised, great location for visiting all of the nearby parks, lakes etc. The location was as quiet as it gets, other houses nearby were empty because it’s not ski season yet. NUMEROUS deer showed up same time every night and couldn’t care less we were there. Really the only issue we had really wasn't a big deal for us, a lot of the light fixtures had a bunch of dead moths and there was some spider webs but the house is well equipped and we did a little cleaning ourselves.

The location was perfect for accessing hiking trails in the nearby national forest and monument. And the view of Brian Head peak from the porch was fabulous when the sun was setting.

Beautiful Cabin

Summer escape

The property was fantastic, great location, and well equipped. Minor issues: some of the outlets did not work in the kitchen. I notice that bugs were crawling in from the side door. It looks like the seal needs to be repaired. Other than minor issues the stay in Brian head was good.

A place to revisit

Loved being outside of town and in the edge of the forest. House was very nice and user friendly except for the tv and wifi glitch( but property manager was very responsive and kept after it till problems were solve. Hope to come again love October and the fall colors were best ive seen.

Great cabin and location

We had a great time at the cabin. We wanted to take the kids up to Brian Head to play in the snow. We didn’t even have to leave and look for places. We had a great time and got to do all of my 7 year old daughters snow checklist right on the property. We built a snowman, had a snowball fight, went sledding, and made snow angels. The view is 360 degrees.

Great spot to enjoy nature

House was very clean and all was in order. Really enjoyed the views outside with the abundant large windows surrounding the main living area. Ski resort was only a few minutes away and it was nice to be away from the crowd at night.

It was a beautiful cabin! We had a great time even though we had a couple of issues

We had a great time. The cabin is beautiful! A couple of things that were not so pleasant were that no one told us a repairman was coming to fix a showerhead and a problem with the kitchen faucet as well! The repair man told us he was informed to just knock on the door and we would let him in. I never received a phone call or email informing us of this repair. Also later that night when someone took a shower the pressure caused a hole to shoot thru the water line in the wall and that caused water to shoot all over the kitchen. Luckily when the shower was turned off the water stopped coming out of the hole in the wall and it was cleaned up quickly! We had 2 other bathrooms with showers so it didn’t effect our trip that much but still it should have all been in good working condition before we came up to the cabin.

Comfortable Cabin

Our family had a wonderful time in Brian Head at the Bristlecone cabin. It's very very clean and comfortable. The beds are comfy and the kitchen is great. It's a pretty home with wonderful views outside. We would stay again.
