The apartments are generally rented from Saturday to Saturday. Since August 2024, you can escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life in the newly furnished flats (hallway, bathroom with shower, bedroom, kitchen with counter and bar stool, TV, solid wood furniture) directly on the vineyard near the forest. In addition to a heated saltwater pool, there is a communal room in a historic setting with another kitchen and fridge (stocked with wines from the Demeter wineries Lipej and Keltis as well as other specialities from the region), an outdoor barbecue, music system and ample seating.
It is possible to order a tasting menu with a vertical tasting of the estate's own wines in the Demeter winery - 500 metres from the accommodation - by prior arrangement.
Long walks and cycling tours in the countryside and a visit to the nearby thermal baths could be part of your programme. Visits to the capital cities of Zagreb (30 minutes by car) and Ljubljana (45 minutes by car) are ideal for day trips. Modern restaurants (Fine Dining, Debeluh) as well as the traditional natural cuisine of Slovenia (Domačija Novak) and Croatia (Zagorje) will provide some positive surprises.
