Academy Place | Columbine

Academy Place Columbine is a townhome located in the multiplex building around the Academy Place Courtyard. Academy Place is a few short blocks from the downtown restaurants, shops, museums, grocery stores, and, in the other direction, trails for hiking and biking. The fantastic location allows you to be close to it all, but still have your privacy in this small town. The townhome has wonderful views, with windows to the east from the primary bedroom showing the gorgeous Mt. Crested Butte. Columbine is a short walk from bus stops for ease of access to the mountain, and just across the street from Crested Butte’s Center for the Arts.

Columbine, upon walking in, has a living/dining space with a large television, counter space for additional seating, and powder room. Across the room, Columbine has a fully equipped kitchen with full sized appliances and cookware, including a large refrigerator, espresso machine, drip coffee machine, dishwasher, microwave, wine fridge, and dual-sided sink. The counter space is ample for your cooking needs, and the kitchen is stocked with cookware such as pots, pans, dishes, large bowls, etc. Upstairs, the primary suite has a large king bed with views of Mt. Crested Butte, a walk-in closet, and an expansive bathroom featuring a soaking tub and a steam shower. Downstairs, Columbine has a king bedroom, full sized washer and dryer, full bathroom, and a queen/twin bunk bed.

In comparison to other Academy Place units, Columbine is identical to Yarrow, with minor differences being that Columbine is one unit closer to the alley rather than the road. Some decorations/blankets may be different as well, but otherwise they’re the same! Columbine is less expensive than other units at Academy Place because other townhomes have a rooftop patio with a hot tub, while Columbine does not. It is perfect for families, with the three-bedroom layout and the queen/twin bunk bed.
