Perfect little getaway - so many fun little things were supplied - fresh OJ and eggs for breakfast already in our frig upon arrival - that was a special touch we haven't experienced before. Great communication with hosts. Super easy check in, felt private despite multiple guest facilities. Would stay again for sure!

My friend and I came here bc it was equidistant to a few different towns and bc of the amenities offered at the rental itself. Neither did disappoint. Tyler and Chanda were wonderful hosts and their property was not only welcoming but tranquil and beautiful. Definitely coming to stay with them again.

The garden suite was everything we’d hoped! We loved everything about this property! The hosts were amazing and so accommodating & the Garden Suite was just perfect for the two of us. A great place to relax and unwind!

If you are looking for a great place to sit by the water, or kayak in the bay or simply stroll along the shore when the tide is out then this is the place for you. Chanda and Tyler have created a great spot for couples to come and enjoy the grounds and surrounding area. They have thought of everything from kayaks for your use, rubber boots so that you can take a stroll and explore the shore or simply sitting by the water and enjoying a fire that they have provided you with the materials required to make one. Equally, the suites are comfortable and afford you the opportunity to cook in or bring dinner back and enjoy it in your suite or by the water. Finally, the hosts of this great property are extremely at tentative and will respond quickly to any query that you may have. You will not be disappointed if you choose to spend some time at their property.

Weekend getaway!

My wife and I had never spent time in this area of the state. It was nice to explore Washington a bit. The VRBO was exceptionally clean, well thought out as it had everything we needed in the kitchen etc. We had never stayed at a VRBO and were quite impressed. The beach access from the home was awesome, but the weather wasnt optimal so we didnt spend as much time on the beach as we would like. I would highly recommend this place as a nice relaxing weekend retreat. Thank you.

Anniversary Getaway at Chico Bay

What a gem this vrbo is. We have never seen a rental as beautifully decorated with unique art. It felt so high-end with luxurious touches like bathrobes, mimosas to celebrate our Anniversary, kayaks, hot tub, and the most comfortable bed & linens. We also enjoyed exploring the garden right outside our door & identifying herbs, flowers, etc. Our favorite part was being at the water, just a short walk across the grounds & down the steps. We took a low tide walk one morning, finding a sand dollar & watching heron, river otters, & seagulls. Then during high tide, we paddled our kayaks around the point to get a unique view of all the waterfront homes & more wildlife. The hosts were friendly & helpful while still giving us plenty of privacy. What a delightful weekend!

Magnificent!!!!

What a gem and special place this is! The owners couldn’t be nicer and the cozy garden suite with everything you need was so comfy! The surrounding landscape was beautiful and access to hot tub, kayaks and bay front views were amazing and everything so well thought out! Would stay here again!

Beautiful, Clean, and Comfortable!

My husband and I stayed here two nights for our anniversary. The bed was sooo comfortable and the design and details in this studio apartment are beautiful and thoughtful! Everything you would need to cook and many lovely little planned details to make us feel special and appreciated. Chanda and Tyler go over and above to make us feel welcome and make sure we are happy with the property. It’s a bit of a walk down to the water but well worth it (we did it several times a day) and we would definitely stay here again!

Relaxing stay

It was an fantastic stay at Chico Bay Inn. It was a much needed retreat weekend for us and Chanda and Tyler made it amazing. The unit is lovely designed and has everything we needed for the stay, even breakfast! Tyler and Chanda were super responsive, they got everything prepared should we wanted to have a fire outside right next to the water. They even went dry outdoor chairs and tables after the rain to make sure they are ready for us. They made sure the kayaks were clean and ready for us when we mentioned we wanted to go paddling. It was wonderful to be able to launch the kayaks from the house and paddle around the bay. We love our stay and thank you Tyler and Chanda for making it such memorable time.

Weekend getaway

My husband and I wanted a getaway while our daughter was away at a local overnight camp. This property was better than we even hoped! Beautifully decorated and the hosts were available if needed (although there was nothing that they haven't thought of so we didn't need to bother them at all). We enjoyed having coffee by the water and a nice fire at night. Kitchen is stocked with anything you could need and the breakfast treats they provided were a wonderful surprise. Would definitely stay here again!

LOVED our stay at Chico Bay Inn! Our first VRBO and they have set the bar HIGH! We felt cared for in their welcome note, the breakfast food & mimosa’s! The Garden Inn is special, warm, comforting & had everything we needed and then some. Even though it was cold I walked down to the water several times and enjoyed sitting on the chairs to watch the seals on the swim platform or take in the many different birds. Even at night they have the gardens and stairs beautifully lit. I can’t say enough good things about our stay & the special couple that run it with love. This was a much needed vacation for my husband and I! It was everything we needed and then some. (My husband uses a walker & it was accommodating to him.) We are grateful & will be sure to plan another stay in the future.

Superb guest experience

My wife and I had a lovely anniversary weekend at this rental. It is well located, off a quiet street, but only a short drive into town. My overall impression was that the owners really cared about the guest experience, and it showed in the small welcoming touches, and the amenities of the unit. The front door is a short distance from the parking, making it easy to load and unload. The door uses a keypad, which made check in easy, and we never had to worry about a key. The hosts had left a welcome message for us, and ingredients for mimosas and pancakes. There were other nice touches, such as having slippers and robes available, and a well-stocked kitchen with coffee makings, and more. They also had a binder with directions for how to use everything from appliances to the bed, and where to find items you might want for cooking or using the fire pit. Besides, clearly thinking through the guest experience, I also thought the unit was tastefully decorated, and had high-end touches that really made the experience top notch. The fancy shower was a delight, and we loved using the bed with the moveable base while watching tv. The hot tub was basic but close to the entrance, and in the cutest little garden area. The highlight though, was access to the bay via a set of stairs that brings you right down to the water. There was a set of chairs with an umbrella, and a fire pit. The hosts also thoughtfully provided a box of kindling already down there, and blankets for outside so you could get cozy. We enjoyed our morning coffee everyday down on the water, watching the wildlife. We also used the fire pit in the evening and watched the sunset. Truly a magical location! The only snag we experienced was the hot tub getting an error on our second night and needing to be re-set. The host was very responsive to my text, and we were able to get things fixed without even leaving the tub! Overall, I would highly recommend staying here, and will certainly return myself.

What a wonderful place and hosts. This is the best VRBO we have stayed at. The attention to detail was amazing. Chanda and Tyler are extremely nice and welcoming hosts. We were trying to think of something "they" forgot but couldn't come up with anything. The location is a perfect mid-way point on the peninsula for exploring the upper and lower half. Perfectly Appointed Studio

Chandra and Tyler have provided a great home/base to the peninsula. The full kitchen was such a plus for our trip, and the entire space is thoughtfully appointed and so well decorated. They were excellent hosts, communicating quickly when we had questions, and making certain all of our needs were met. The beach access and kayaks were an added bonus. I would highly recommend this property.

I booked the Garden Suite for my wedding night and the day after, as we're postponing the honeymoon until next year. Although I ended up getting sick the day before the wedding and couldn't take full advantage of the property as a result, Chanda and Tyler made us very comfortable and we made the most of it. The suite was spotless, the garden beautiful and quiet, and the location is great. It's secluded and private, but easily accessible from the main highway. Thank you Chen's for providing such a comfortable place to rest after a very hectic weekend!
