Located in a small, quiet hamlet, the cottage is on the ground floor of the owner's house with a separate entrance. The cottage is all on one level; there are only two small steps at the entrance. It includes a fully equipped kitchen (filter coffee maker only, dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, etc.), a living/dining room (satellite TV), two bedrooms: one with a double bed (140x190cm) and a bunk bed, the other with a double bed (140x190cm), and a bathroom with shower, sink, washing machine, and toilet. Central heating is provided by a heat pump. There is a terrace area in the courtyard with direct access to the kitchen and living room, garden furniture, an orchard with a table, benches, and a barbecue, and two parking spaces in front of the house and in the enclosed, secure courtyard in front of the terrace area. A garage is available for storing a motorcycle or bicycle only. Utilities and bed linen are included.

This holiday cottage is located in a mountain zone: snow tires or chains are mandatory for all vehicles from November 1st to March 31st. Please make the necessary arrangements.
