Also an airconditioner (split-unit) dining table with 4 chairs, a cosy living with a couch and 50” SmartTV (Netflix subscription included) and a loft (folding Vlizo) ladder to your private roof terrace is on the first floor. The roofterras is provided with furniture (6 chairs and 2 tables), nebulizer (cooling in the summer), electric sunscreen, patio heater and the terras can be lit at night.
