La cuisine entiÚrement rénovée et entiÚrement équipée a des comptoirs en granit et des appareils en acier inoxydable. La table à manger peut accueillir quatre personnes et il y a de la place pour deux personnes au comptoir. Les autres services incluent une connexion Wi-Fi gratuite et un parking souterrain pour un véhicule.

Good place great location hot tub and heated pool

We stayed here in 2023 the place is very nice love the mud room and location to the Quick Silver Lift less than a 10 minute walk. Has garage parking which is great! A couple of cons, the bathroom and shower were not clean upon arrival, there was dirty cookware uncleaned underneath the cabinet but was addressed in a fair amount of time. The bedroom tends to stay a bit cooler unless you open the door. Lots of amenities in the kitchen extra spices and other things but no spaghetti spoon. Overall, a great place to stay with a great location to lifts and main street would stay a 3rd time.

Kitchen needs a cutting board and it would have been nice to have a clean sponge in the kitchen

The stay was amazing, there was a booklet of everything that was to do in Breckenridge and for a lot of activities and restaurants. Also a lot of board games and other fun activities to pass the time when slower. Ultimately, the property was amazing and the stay was just as amazing.

Enjoyed our stay

Good unit. Good service. Pretty much as described. Enjoyed sitting out on patio. Parking is easy and underground. We had a couple of issues that were resolved by the management. Woke up to cold water. They sent someone quickly to reset the water heater. Couch could be more comfortable. Washer/dryer combo kind of a pain. It takes awhile for drying cycle and usually had to run it twice. Overall a good experience and would stay again.

Great Place to Stay!

This condo was beautifully updated and filled with thoughtful amenities, especially in the well-equipped kitchen. We appreciated the garage parking, the generous closet space, the convenient-to-town location, the ease of check in and checking out and management company's responsiveness. The gas fireplace was an added bonus. Would we stay here again? ABSOLUTELY!

Nice Location

This is a nice condo with a convenient location within walking distance of Main Street. There are also nice walking trails within walking distance of the condo. The condo is modern and clean. The negatives are a Queen size bed (I would expect a King in a one bedroom). Also inventory was marginal ... hand soap, kleenex. Overall a nice condo and would stay here again.

Snow Heaven

Wow! We wanted snow and we got it! March 2023. What a convenience it was to just step out the front door and walk into a winter wonderland with paths leading to the slopes! No need for a car really. Not to mention how close it is to EVERYTHING! Great, cozy, convenient, clean

8 week ski trip

We rented this condo for 8 weeks. It suited our needs for the whole period and was comfortable and warm and provided most convenience items required for a prolonged stay. Convenient for the village and quicksilver lift (beware this can have some 30 minute lift queue’s, check the app) we found it easier to take a short walk and use the free gray south bus route to any of the other bases, (snowflake was our favourite with no lift lines).

Nice Place Good Location near the Chair lift at peak 9

Only complaint I have about the place is the condition of the television in the bedroom, the display was difficult to see. Other than that the place was Steller and had everything you needed . Loved the mud room and being able to park in the garage was awsome. Would definitely stay at this place again

Great location

We enjoyed our stay and the location was perfect--short walk to the Quicksilver chair as well as to shops and restaurants. The condo was cozy and well-equipped. The only downside was that the mattresses were not very comfortable and could stand to be replaced. Otherwise it was a great stay!

Gateway to Peak 8

This small but roomy condo was perfect for My family of 4. It was roomy enough to have meals together, play some games and relax. Loved the convenience of getting to the lift for peak 8 and able to come back just as quick for lunch break. Also loved the hottubs, neat little shops and the Trolly for Crapes. Will be back again.

Mountain Magic

I had never used VRBO before my trip to Colorado. The property manager made it so easy to communicate and answered all of my questions. I was nervous after reading some of the reviews, but when I arrived, the property itself was perfect. From the decorations to the cleanliness, it was great. The owner of the condo really took into consideration what people had requested in the past, and made an active effort to include those items. A couple things I loved were that they had some board games that we were able to play during downtime (and we took advantage of that next to the fireplace). I was also very grateful for the humidifiers and fan. There was a booklet with instructions inside the condo, and the property manager made sure to get me detailed instructions and directions prior to arrival. There was not one thing that I thought could use improvement. Everything was perfect. The condo is located very close to the downtown area, and we were able to explore without having a long drive back to where we were staying. It really was the most magical and perfect experience. We will absolutely stay here again and have already recommended it to our family and friends.

Great Family Rental

We needed a little place for a couple of days before a wedding in Denver. This place was great. Very clean, cozy and great deck. We were able to make several meals for our kids. The only thing that was missing was some shared olive oil for cooking as that is not something you think to bring.

Six great nights in Breckenridge! we stayed in Columbine 108 for six nights at the end of February . This was our first visit to Breckenridge This is a compact and efficiently designed one bedroom condo. We are a family of four with two small children ages two and five. We found this condo to be economical for our needs. Location was excellent! 3 to 5 minute walk to the peak nine chairlift. We rented our equipment at Charter sports located in Marriott complex. This was like having a ski valet and it was awesome! Also very short walk to the end of town. The best part of this condo was the access to the pool facilities. Four large hot tubs, and beautiful hot pool (just below 100°) this is great for our family. Outdoor pool with indoor locker room and showers. We found this to be very comfortable and convenient. Pool was approximately one minute walk from the condo. We found the condo itself to be clean and well appointed. The beds were comfortable. The pull out sofa was good for our five year old. There was no pack and play or crib, we ended up purchasing an air mattress for our two year old to sleep on. (there is a local company to rent a crib from We were referred to by the rental agency) Parking was very good, Single underground spot, warm, it was a very nice feature on snowy days. It’s a little awkward to find at first however it’s pretty easy to figure out. Check-in/checkout was mildly inconvenient. Packet pick up is in the middle of town, (about 2 to 3 minutes drive away from the unit ) and this can be a very busy place especially in the snow. Not only does this agency require pick up at the Intown location, but also requires drop off a key in town as well. (fortunately we knew this prior to getting to the condo, and instructions were pretty clear provided by the host in a message prior to check in) Kitchen amenities were adequate. Basic spices were present. It did not come with extra garbage bags which was extremely unfortunate and we found this to be a challenge for our six nights. Decent quality pots and pans were present. The unit comes with four towels, which is bare bones for a family of four for unit with a pool. There is laundry inside the unit which is always a plus, this is a combination washer/dryer which was interesting to use. Generally a wash/dry cycle takes 3 hrs When we return , we absolutely will be looking into this area/complex again. I would recommend to couple or family on budget
