On the ground floor, the living and dining area serves as the heart of the home, furnished with 1 double sofabed measuring 150 cm in width and 200 cm in length, making it a versatile space for relaxation or additional sleeping arrangements. This level also includes an open kitchen fully equipped for self-catering, as well as a shower room with WC. Direct access from the living area leads to one of the outdoor spaces.
The upper floor, accessible via a steep staircase, features an entrance hall and 2 generously sized bedrooms. The first is a large room of 28 m2 containing 1 french bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, with direct access to a balcony. The second bedroom is also fitted with 1 french bed of the same dimensions, 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and equally benefits from its own balcony access. Both bedrooms on this floor share a separate WC accessible directly from each room via individual entrance doors. The property offers a total of 2 balconies of 12 m2, an additional balcony of 3 m2, and a partly roofed terrace of 32 m2, all enjoying views of the swimming pool and the surrounding countryside.

Es war wunderschön. Das Haus ist klein aber bietet alles was man für einen Aufenthalt braucht. Es war alles sauber und ordentlich. Wenn man es mag abgelegen Urlaub zu machen und seine Ruhe zu haben ist es perfekt.

Not good for my in person
The place is super nice and clean , the host is very helpful , they wait us late at night at the villa to welcome us and guide us , the villa is about 40km away from zagreb center in so calm area you don’t hear anything but the birds , the only thing i dont like is the stairs for the second flor its danger if you have kids other than that i dont have anythig else to say.
