'The place is beautiful and elegant without being pretentious. The decor is on point with a very nostalgic feel. It is like entering a hotel in the 30s. Just gorgeous. I love that the integrity of the design remained. The only thing I would suggest is getting valet parking. It is a bit uncomfortable to get there and carry all your luggage from a block away because there is no actual hotel parking or valet. It still didnt deter me from giving them a perfect score. I would visit again.'

Spoke to the manager & she said I would have a cancellation fee but could not tell me how much until transaction was completed so I stayed & had to drive more. I understand a fee but was advised the manager could override fees, etc. I felt it was not very accommodating in light of an unexpected need to...
