'Made my reservation and paid thru you guys in November, got to the property in Bryan, Texas and they had cancelled my room and sent me to another hotel that was crap! This has never in my 80 years happened to me!! Need to know why and what can be done!!'

'Best thing about this hotel is the staff. Super friendly, helpful, and personable. I’ve stayed here more than once for softball tournaments, price is reasonable so I guess you get what you pay for. Breakfast options are minimal, half the gym equipment is not operating, and there needs to be more of deep clean to things like lamps.
