Pas un 5 étoiles
Très mauvais expérince. Tout d'abord nous sommes arrivés pour un check in a pu se faire qu'à partir de 5PM ( on nous a offer pour patienter un tier d'une toutepetitecoupe de champagne en compensation ). Par la suite, on espérait vu le retard de la remise des clés, une belle chmabre. Il n'en ai rien, je pense que c'est la chmabre la moins bien placée avec une vuesur le toit d'un immeuble, loin des autres commentaires que nous avons lu avec des vues magnifiques. Par la suite le lendemain car nous sommes restés 2 nuits, notre chambre n'est pas faite malgré notre demande à 5PM car la salle de bain fuyait et quand nous prenons une douche, la salle de bain était inondée. On voulait profiter de la psicine et il fallait un peignoir, il y en avait qu'un seul dans la chambre. Nous avons demandé un autre en appelant l'accueil, plusieurs minutes plus tard, toujours rien, j'ai du descendre pour aller demander de nouveau à la réception. Et pour finir, lors de notre check out, une hôtesse froide comme un glaçon nous demande si nous avons consommé le minibar puis si nous avons réservé un parking, comme ce n'est pas le cas, elle nous a expédié sans un sourire ni un regard ni un merci ou au revoir.Pour un 5 étoiles, les services mériteraient 1 seul et si vous voulez séjourner dans cet étoile 5 étoiles avec un sentiment de "You're Welcome", fuyer et aller ailleurs dans d'autres hôtels 3 ou 4 étoiles ou vous serez beaucoup mieux accueillis. Par contre la proximité et le petit déjeuner très bien

Situation géographique superbe, à pied des rues piétonnes, des boutiques et des restaurants de la vieille ville. Vieil hôtel et par conséquent chambres vieillottes, celles-ci auraient besoin d'un peu de rafraîchissement. Malgré un effort en déodorant ambiant, ma chambre avait une odeur omniprésente de transpiration. A part cela, très bon accueil et très bon service. Bon ratio qualité/prix

The property is in a beautiful location. The upgrades are appropriate. The only thing I would like to mention is that there is a step between the bed area and the table and chairs by the window which is very tricky and I fell hurting my knee and shoulder. The step is not visible at all as it blends in with the design of the carpet . I strongly recommend making the step more noticeable to prevent serious injury to elderly clients.

Vi bode två familjer på denna anrika hotellet men det ligger numera mycket under standarden för en 5-stjärnig hotell. Incheckningen var trögt och byråkratiskt med en jätteformulär som alla skulle fyllas i, ingen leende bara förklaringar om att det är "myndigheter" som behöver alla våra uppgifter (ungefär som en ESTA ansökan för USA inträde). Rummen var ganska rena men med gammal heltäckningsmatta som ger en mystisk doft. Rummen behöver en rejäl uppfräschning, AC gick inte att justera och hade en liten TV apparat som en mindre dataskärm. Det värsta upplevelsen var frukosten som var fattig med lite gamla rutna frukt och många tomma fat som vi bad om att få se vad som skulle finnas fäbakom många skyltar med namn på produkter som inte fanns med på frukostbordet. Espresso, freshfrukt drink fick man betala extra 4€/st.

Still wondering why they have 5 stars...
Staff is horrendous -extremely ruud. Breakfast was often running empty and they would not refill, and quality of producys was too low for a 5 stats hotel.

Old hotel, could be much nicer. Reception staff is fine, some of the restaurant staff is really no good. Too many old people are working here and I have nothing against old people. It is just when it comes to hospitality and hotels, the old people gets their salary and they lost their “appetite to serve” long ago… and it shows. My room was cleaned and then they left only one towel in the room. There are no paperwork in the rooms, no menu, no TV guide, no hotel book with services, absolutely nothing! With the exception of cheese, breakfast is quite low quality for a 5 star hotel. It used to be a 5 star hotel many years ago, it is not more then 4 now!

Pleasant stay, excellent service
Several pros: excellent position next to city centre and reception service (got both early checkin and late checkout, superior floor - thanks a lot!), clean room, very good breakfast, great pool. Few cons and recommendations: not a five-star hotel for sure. standard rooms pretty outdated, uncomfortable pillows, no iron board. lack of quality materials on the spa area (parquet close to elevators is the cheapest you can buy, wet sauna is unconfy and lacks water hose to clean chairs etc). parking pretty expensive too.

The rooms although advertised as “soundproof” are definitely not. I could hear people walking around on the floor above me as well as people in adjacent rooms. The beds were extremely firm but a good size. The breakfast in the morning was great. Lots of options to choose from with fresh coffee and juice.
