Only minor glitches were the lack of a handrail on a portion of the stairs, a rather high step getting into the house, and part of the backyard fence was down. The high step and handrail thing required the elders in our group (77 and 98) to be assisted when going up or down, but there were plenty of willing helpers so easily overcome. 'Everything was great - very quiet neighborhood. Very large kitchen and living room and master bedroom and bath are large. The other bedroom very good size, plenty of closet space. Beds are very comfortable! House was very clean and just as pictured. There is a full size coffee maker. Patio was nice and private. Patrick was great - very quick to respond. I would highly recommend!'
