We spent money on a spa package and were cheated out of it because they scheduled the wrong day and time. We had to leave the resort and travel back because of the day change. After we arrived, we were told that our session had already started. We only got 30 minutes of our hour-long package. We were completely disappointed. On top of it all the massage attendance took their sweet time coming in to start the massage. 5 minutes later after we were calling for them several times. They came out of an office laughing. We didn't get the joke. It felt like they didn't want us there and the massages were crappy. I would not go back. It was complete waste of time and they made us feel awful for coming.

Absolutely loved my stay. Staff was very helpful and very friendly. Good dinning options and the winery is amazing. Beautiful views.

Room was clean and beautiful. Loved that my room was close to the elevator. That helped out a lot. Wish I had a better view outside my window.

100 out of 10. we decided to celebrate our eighth wedding anniversary at Chateau Elan And the entire experience from booking until check out has been AMAZING. The entire staff at Chateau Elan was amazing and the atmosphere was welcoming. Don’t second-guess it. Just book now and you will not regret it!!!

Toilet in the bathroom ran majority of the night, the hallway of my room was very loud throughout the night. Audible Nuisance of other room doors, slamming multiple times throughout the overnight. I had a late check out scheduled, and housekeeping begin harshly knocking on my door before the hotels scheduled checkout time. The overall cleanliness of the property was OK, it could’ve been clean a little bit thoroughly. At the restaurant in the spa, I sat next to the window. Food crumbs were all on the floor in the windowsill.

The food, room, location, experience, and views were great. The problem was with our final night. The room next to ours threw a party. Loud music and loud people at 11:15 pm. We called the front desk two times for help. The people left, then returned around 1 am. Proceeded to crank up the music again and talking and arguing loudly. We called again and security came up. Apologized to them and asked them to turn it down. As soon as security left they once again started up the music and loud talking. We called once again and security came to ask them to turn it off. Around 1:45am they finally stopped carrying on and it was quiet. We received no apology from staff or the desk when we checked out. It's unfortunate that one bad night put a damper on our anniversary weekend. Other than the horrible night, the rest of the experience was great.

The property itself is clean and maintained. The staff is great. Only issue was a ordered a hamber and fries and my ticket was 78.00. No matter how much money a peraon has that was expensive.

The ladies locker room was incredibly dirty!! There was trash on the ground and it seemed like no one maintained the area. The staff were all helpful.

The concierge Bruce was amazing. The entire staff was courteous and friendly. My husband and I spent our anniversary here for the second year in a row and we will continue to visit on special occasions. Our dinner at the Marc was delicious and the staff was so amazing!

I haven’t stayed here in 5 years, and it’s sad to say it’s gone downhill. I cannot believe that old fashioned’s are premade!!! The bar was obnoxious to say the least. DJ was extremely loud. Used to be a nice place to enjoy a real drink and relax. Sheets were scratchy and the pillows were terrible. I was really disappointed :(
