Cottages in Brantingham

'This is our second stay at High Pines cabin, and it’s always a pleasure. Clean, comfortable, and quiet. We enjoy sitting on the screened in-porch, listening to the rooster crow, or the birds chirping or the river ever cruising by. Thendara and Old Forge are close and there are a few good golf courses not too far away.'

'We had a great time! The cottage is very cute and has lots of Adirondack details. We enjoyed great fires and were happily surprised by adequate towels and blankets, etc., which made the stay extra comfy and restful. It is so nice that the kitchen is equipped with many nice dishes, tea, coffee and cocoa. '

'Very convenient location quick walk into the village. The house was clean and well stocked and very beautiful with lovely art work. If you have a little one, everything you need is there (ours is one) so it's a lot less you have to pack. Our six year old nephew LOVED his room with the bunk beds, the kids books and toys. The owners are quick to respond and answer any questions you might have. We had a great time kayaking. Can't wait to stay here again. '

'The pictures do not do the property justice. Lots of room in both cabins. With dining and kitchen areas in both, had coffee maker and Keurig's in both buildings as well. And more important than the Lake being close, the ice cream shop is closer!! Also, a nice souvenir shop, restaurant and landmark Donut Shop are within walking distance as well. We look forward to staying here again, but are hoping this review doesn't cause it to be booked when we plan our next trip.'

'We enjoyed the stay, everything we needed was there. The ad for the property said within a 2min walk for the lake and the photos looked as though we would just walk out and the lake would be there however the lake was a short drive maybe 4min. For all those seniors who may have a handicap you can't walk to the lake. The only other finding was alot of dog hair from a long haired dog on the floor and behind the couch, also some candy wrappers behind the couch from prior guests. '
