The property is situated on the corner of the Palma Sola Bay with a boat dock large enough for a 24' boat. With no bridges to the bay by boat and just minutes away from the most popular beaches in the area, this updated pool home is the perfect destination point to enjoy everything the area has to offer!

The main living area has plenty of space for seating and everyone to gather around and play games and enjoy family time! The kitchen comes fully equipped with everything needed to make your favorite home-cooked meals!

In this renovated kitchen, the chef is always in the center of things, with a large peninsula, a new cooktop, and all new appliances. The dining room accommodates a table for eight!

When heading outside this property offers tons of activities for everyone to enjoy! Whether its playing a fun game of "Marco, Polo" or cooling off in the pool, you can spend your entire day outside enjoying the amazing weather Florida has to offer! *Pool Heat is included in rent during the months of November to April.
*Pool heaters in private homes are locked for your safety and controls must not be tampered with as they are monitored by the pool company. 85° is the highest heat temperature setting. Pool temperatures will probably stay around 76° during the winter months. Please note if cold days occur, water temperatures will drop and may take longer to heat.

Damage Waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee (“Management”), plus tax if applicable.
The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $1,500 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
