Pictures do not properly reflect what this property looks like. Very beat up condo in need of a lot of maintenance and upgrades. Lots of things broken or not functioning properly (windows, doors, etc.). The unit was also quite dirty with hair, bits of paper and dust esp around the corners and behind doors. It was apparent this place gets v superficially cleaned. Would not recommend staying here. On a positive side, do think the host (locals property management) was quick to respond. Initially the unit they put us in had a bug infestation issue. As soon as I’ve complained and sent them pictures, they moved us to a unit next door. Bug infestation not withstanding, both units were in poor condition. Btw, the pool with slide that’s advertised- is very small. Ended up not using it at all.

Wonderful Stay Near IMG

This property was perfect for our needs while attending a tournament at IMG. The condo is set back from the road and very quiet. The kitchen was extremely well equipped and updated. Management checked in with us to make sure we did not need anything and made check in/check out easy. We will definitely return to this property!

We had a nice stay! Property was clean and accurate to pictures. Asked host to check in a bit early because we landed earlier and they allowed us! Communicated very well throughout the entire stay. Very close to Anna Maria Island and many beaches. Very accessible to shops and restaurants, including Wawa and Publix!

Relaxing Vacation Stay!

We really enjoyed our stay! The place was clean and ready for our arrival. Everything about this place said "come on in and relax"!!! All communications with the host went well and their responses were timely and very informative. Check in and check out was a breeze and the neighbors were very quiet and nice. Bottomline, we would definitely recommend this property and would absolutely look forward to staying there again the next time we are in the area!!!!

Tranquil Getaway

We had a great stay at this hidden gem The property was situated far enough from the main road making it feel secluded even though it is in a small city. Parking was plentiful and if for some reason someone parks in your numbered spot, which happened to us, there is no issue finding another parking spot. The property was comfortable and pristine, would definitely recommend.

Easy access to Bradenton, Sarasota, and the surrounding areas. The best beaches were only 10-15 minutes away. Cortez and Anna Maria Island beaches had pure white fine sand....beautiful!!!

Beautiful condo

Beautiful condo, close to the beach and shopping. This was the perfect place for my family to stay. Check-in was super easy and the host was responsive. The only negatives, 2 windows and the sliding glass door didn’t lock and the shower in the master bath didn’t get hot. The host responded quickly to resolves these issues.
