What a beautiful home! All the little touches make our getaway feel like home away from home. The property was exactly as described- clean, comfortable and well equipped. Home is beautifully decorated. We especially loved the screened in porch, backyard w hot tub and gazebo w lights. Short walk to the marina and Riverwalk that we took advantage of every morning. Highly recommend!!

Beautiful Home and Attention to Hospitality

The host thought of everything. The house was well stocked with with linens of every type with everything labels for easy navigation of every room. Beach equipment, great laundry, amazing bedrooms with comfortable beds. Will stay here again for our next family reunion in the area! 20 minutes from the beach (@9am)... crazy traffic if you go later. Walkable to the center of Bradenton and some great little restaurants. Definitely a rare find.

Amazing, comfy home for the holidays

We stayed at Orchid House for 13 nights over the Christmas holiday. There were 4 adults in our party. This home was one of our favorite rentals. It was charming with plenty of indoor and outdoor entertaining areas and two electric fireplaces. The kitchen was well-appointed. Everything was very clean. Location is within easy walking distance to the Manatee Riverwalk area and historic Bradenton. Check in was easy. The front porch was our favorite hangout spot. The home was decorated for the holidays. The backyard seating area with its hot tub, natural gas fireplace, and seating area had twinkle lights at night. Highly recommend. We would definitely rent this home again.

The property was very well maintained and they provided lots of extras. Great laundry room with detergent provided. A very nice welcome basket was also provided. The property was super clean. Moses Family Wedding at the Bishop Museum

We came down for a long weekend and our niece's wedding at the Bishop Museum. The property was perfect! It was updated but the charm is still there. The front porch is huge and very functional. We ate breakfast out there every day. We used the hot tub a few times and it's a nice touch. The property was spotless and the location was perfect. We were able to walk to the wedding! And there are restaurants, bars, and the Riverwalk within a short walk. We would stay there again for sure. We've had some great rentals in Italy, Siesta Key, Hocking Hills, Traverse City, etc. This one was up there! One more thing - having everything on one floor was perfect for my 80 year old mother.

Lovely House!

As we pulled up to the house the landscaping was so beautiful. The front porch was perfect for any time of the day to enjoy. The beds were supportive and soft, truly the best combination of both. I actually really want to know where they found these mattresses.The hot tub was a perfect ending to the day. PERFECTION is the best way to describe our stay! hot hot hot tub hot tub a wonder end

This home is beautiful and even better than the pictures/description. It is clean, bright, and well maintained. The front porch is lovely and was the perfect place to sit in the mornings. There are lots of cozy places to sit and read and relax. Well stocked with kitchen supplies and beach chairs/supplies. We had a delightful stay! Highly recommend!

Beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood

My sisters and I spent a "Girls trip" in this home and we absolutely loved it. The house is completely up to date, but still with some historic touches to the original house. We spent every morning having breakfast on the front porch which was so peaceful. Great location within a few blocks of the Riverwalk and downtown. We went to 3 different beaches during the trip as they were all close by. Definitely will be back and will recommend this to anyone.

My wife and I just finished spending a week at the Orchid House. All prior reviews of the house were accurate. The house is exceptional and stocked for any need. It is in a great location with a short walk to the Riverwalk and Old Main Street.We had a great time.

This property is beautiful! The accommodations are comfortable with everything you need provided. The owners provide little extras that are a nice touch. There is a large screened in porch as well as a beautifully landscaped backyard with seating, a fire pit and hot tub. Definitely recommend staying here.

Our New Favourite in Bradenton!

Brilliant property. Loved Orchid House - our new favourite in Bradenton! Pretty much perfect on many levels, not least the quiet/secure location close to the downtown and Riverwalk, and especially the layout and styling. Couldn't have hoped for a better standard of rental. Property is equipped with everything you'd need for a very comfortable stay, and/or day at the beach. Certainly missing our daily breakfasts and time spent daydreaming on the cosy front porch. Exceptional rear outdoor facilities also, not least the gazebo and firepit ... and not forgetting the hot tub! No issues, everything works just fine. House managers were extremely friendly and quick to respond to any questions. Very much appreciated the card and welcome basket of items that greeted us on arrival, including the addition of English Tea! Like others have said, we'll certainly be back! David and Jacky, UK. Wonderful Vacation Home

A lovely home in a quiet neighborhood but still within easy walking distance of restaurants and attractions. The house was very nice with comfortable furniture and beds. The kitchen had nice dishes and cookware and the hosts even left a lovely welcome basket! The highlight for us was the front porch. Screened so no bugs but with a seating area, table and chairs, and a swing. We spent mornings and evenings there. A really great vacation house!

Home town secret

I grew up in Bradenton and remembered how wonderful this residence was back in the day. It has been refurbished to modern day luxury standards and it did NOT disappoint. From the antiques, art collection, comfortable furniture, gourmet appointed kitchen, outdoor area, and quaint neighborhood
we really didn’t want to leave. Guess we’ll just have to come back again! 😉
