This is our favorite building to stay in on the island!! The location is absolutely PERFECT! The units are WONDERFUL! They have always gone above and beyond. We will be back again next year!!

The location is amazing. Walking distance to shopping, bars, restaurants. You are right on the beach. Right by a trolly stop. We had a great time.

Beautiful location!

Great location and large comfortable space. Perfect for beach, bars and relaxing! Only downside is the pool location (in the garage) - and the heater was not on when we arrived (didn’t know there was one), so it was too cold to swim in.

A wonderful vacation hideaway

My family and I couldn't of been more impressed with our stay. It was super clean and spacious and everything we needed was made available down to the beach towels and chairs! The view was amazing and it was steps away from the powdery white sand and crystal waters. As an added bonus we also faced historic Bridge Street and made our morning and nightly walk to the pier to check out the fishing and spot an array of exotic birds, and dolphin. Can't say enough about this place....it was perfect!

Perfect place on AMI

I have stayed on Anna Maria Island for the last 15 years this was my first year at in the Bridge Street area. This condo was perfect. We did not use the pool but we were so close to everything. Steps away from the beach. The condo was nice and the people were friendly. I will stay there again. Highly recommend.

Responsive host, steps to the beach, bery convenient paeking and walkable to shops and restaurants. Had issues with fire alarm going off and dirty patio tracking into the until. Some basic upkeep/maintenance is needed but overall the unit is functional. Warning - live music across the street is loud and goes fairly late if you are early to bed (or have kids who are noise sensitive). If you’re up late or don’t mind the music it can be enjoyable. Easy beach access and elevator access to upstair units are hard to beat for those requiring assistance / ADA considerations.

The floors were not shiny but I don't know where the black things came from ...odd.
