« J'ai beaucoup aimé cet hôtel, même s'ils m'ont attribué une chambre pour personnes handicapées assez étrange, à un moment où ils n'étaient pas occupés afin de remplir l'autre chambre. Malgré cette erreur, tout le monde était parfait. Ils ont fait de leur mieux pour répondre à toutes mes questions. Ma serveuse, Elle ou Elsie (désolée, je ne me souviens plus de son nom), était très agréable et très serviable. « The whole place is exceptional! We have stayed before and as a family it’s one of our happy places. « What an amazing place! Beautifully restored, warm, cosy and very welcoming/relaxing and with a fascinating history (used in many films). Helpful attentive staff whilst not being “stuffy” (a pet hate of mine!). Would definitely treat ourselves to a stay here again. »
