The GITRULLO is in a dominant position with respect to the main road that connects Martina Franca to Villa Castelli and stands out for offering guests a relaxing stay in a strategic area, surrounded by greenery and which guarantees privacy and tranquility.

The property is accessed through two entrances. The first leads to the LARGE SOVEREIGN TRULLO, with a 6-seater dining room (with wooden table that can be extended up to 10), a 3-seater sofa that can be transformed into a double bed.

There are also:
- a pasta maker
- corner cabinet with satellite TV
- writing desk
- a sideboard

BLUE ROOM
The first bedroom has a double bed, chest of drawers, two bedside tables, large wall mirror and 6-door wardrobe.

BROWN ROOM
The second bedroom features a double bed, wooden bench, two-door wardrobe and vertical mirror.

Each room has a wall air conditioner, a radiator, a window with mosquito net and overlooking the garden.

The hallway is equipped with a desk with a window, a window with a mosquito net and a pouf that becomes a comfortable cot.

The BATHROOM has a large Italian shower with hydromassage arm, bathroom, large wall mirror and one-door wardrobe.

The second cone of the trullo is accessed, as well as from the second main door, also through a corridor in live stone that connects it to the sovereign cone. Here guests will find the built-in KITCHEN with kitchenette, oven and electric oven, coffee machine and refrigerator.

As for the exteriors, there is a large RELAXATION AREA in front of the trullo with 10-seat sofas with a pallet structure, armchairs, deck chairs and tables, covered by a large parasol umbrella.

The OUTDOOR DINING AREA offers you a long table for min 14 seats + wrought iron table for 6 seats. Here there are double sink, washing machine and stone barbecue.

Behind the trullo there are various TERRACED AREAS with two pine forests, one of which houses a 4x2 meters swimming pool, in front of a wooden patio with a 4x4 meters gazebo, with various seats and deck chairs for sunbathing.

The PROPERTY PARKING, up to six parking spaces, is protected by a wrought iron gate.

Other terraced areas with fruit trees and olive trees will welcome you as a parking frame.

The property has video surveillance and burglar alarm.

The Gitrullo is in a highground position on the main street that connects Martina Franca to Villa Castelli and it offers a relaxing journey in a strategic, quiet area surrounded by greenery that grants you full privacy.

Guests can access to the trullo by two entrances. The first leads to the TRULLO SOVRANO (the main one), where you can find the dining room. Here there is a wooden table with 6 seats, a large sofa-bed, a TV stand and other typical pieces of furniture.

BLUE ROOM
The first bedroom has a double bed, a drawer, two nightstands, a big mirror and a wardrobe with six doors.

BROWN ROOM
The brown room has a double bed, a wooden bench, a wardrobe with two doors and a mirror.

Each bedroom comes with air conditioning, a radiator. The windows overlooking the garden are also fitted with a mosquito netting.

The HALLWAY is fitted with a writing desk, a pouf transforming into a single bed, ideal for children and a small window.

You can get to the second cone of the Gitrullo from the second main door or through a stone hallway. Here there is the colorful kitchen, where guests can find a kitchenette, two ovens, a coffee machine and a refrigerator.

As far as it concerns the outdoor space, in front of the Gitrullo there is a wide RELAX AREA with sofas for ten people, loungers, small tables and a sunshade hanging umbrella.

An OUTSIDE DINING AREA offers a 14 seats table with a barbecue, a double sink and a washing machine.

Next to this area, there's a terraced PATIO with two pine groves and a 4x2 meters swimming pool. Here you can relax on our loungers in the sun or in the shade of the gazebo.

Our private PARKING AREA can fit 6 cars and it is surrounded by fruit and olive trees.

The property has CCTV service and an alarm.

Prices include utilities, taxes, the use of the parking area, with cleaning and linens (bedcloth, 3 towels for each customer) changed every week.

Prices do not include breakfast and anything not mentioned in the "prices include".
