Showing signs of wear and tear. The Hilton is in a great location and has good facilities. From our recent experiences with hotels in Bournemouth - they are still impregnated with depression in a post Covid world several years down the line.

Nice comfortable Room, but the food was appalling cooked in 5 minutes with sauce poured over, flat bread was a pitta bread raw sent back twice ( waiter just shrugged the shoulders) not a flat bread - microwaved food not good for a 5 star Hotel costing £90 + for food? a bit of a joke. SEE PHOTO

Great room, shame about the shower
We stayed in a junior suite, which was really nice with a huge bed and a big seating area. Big bathroom with lovely bath and a big shower cubicle, but virtually no water pressure. Bath took an age to fil, and even turned fully up the shower was never more than a dribble Decent gym and very good pool

Charged my card without notification and didn’t provide a receipt. Called and queried. Staff didn’t seem to care. Managed to get a receipt but I got the impression this was a massive inconvenience for them.

Not as good as we would expect from Hilton
We stayed here this weekend for our wedding anniversary as we spent our honeymoon here in 2020. Check-in was quicker this time and lobby looked lovely. Got to the room, all seemed great from a distance (cleanliness is important to us). Huge bed but unfortunately it was too firm for me and kept creaking everytime one of us moved on it. Bathroom had some grime/mould and shower soap holder dangling off, the HDMI port wouldnt work so we couldnt put our laptop up to the tv, air conditioning kept clicking which was extremely annoying through the night. Could hear a baby crying all through the second day/night. Coffe stains splatteted on the big canvas picture. The hotel did give us a nice little note saying happy anniversary and some chocolates which was lovely but the the worker just opened our door and walked in to hand them to us!! Scared the absolute life out of me i hid behind the wall, luckily my husband was there! Disappointed this time in comparison to 2020, for what you expect from a 'Hilton'. Unfortunately we wont be rushing back.

All good except for the crazy Q and lack of service and space for guests at breakfast one morning. They did apologise but their restaurant capacity does not cater for the no of guests staying.

Alright if you dont drive!
Before arriving i called ahead as we were having to bring 2 cars. To then be made aware that parking your car was going to cost you £15 a night! An that it wasnt included in the price of the room. Which I thought it would have been since. It is a destination location. Whilst checking in I was made aware that a £100 deposit would be being taken even though i paid for my room upfront. Just in case i used any of the services i.e room service, the bar, or spa. So that i had the ability to charge to my room. Now checked in first night. Had to pull up outside the door to ask where to park. Got sent to this little 2 leveled multistorey car park. With plenty of parking on that night. Next day I went out during the day to see family. Returned back to go park and there were no spaces after driving round for 20 minutes and 2 other vehicles doing the same i gave up and went back to reception. To be told that they would remove the parking charge for the one night and i would have to park in the NCP which yes is cheaper but it is also wide open! The rooms however where very clean and tidy. Only thing i would have liked is extra sugar sachets in the tea tray in the rooms. As both me and my boyfriend take sugar with our drinks. There was just enough for one each in the morning. But check out isnt until 12 so you definitely have time for 2 cups before doing anything. Room is well equipped until you need to iron clothes. There is no where to hang them in between the iron and putting them on

Many things didn’t work on the property including heating which during the cold week in Bournemouth it was not very pleasant. Also, the staff at the front desk was really unreliable and didn’t answer the phones on most occasions. Some things didn’t work like the outlet for the shaver in the bathroom. For the price the hotel charges customers should receive a much better class of service.

I payed extra to stay in this hotel expecting it to be good. I couldnt use the spa facilities because the pool was freezing cold. The hot tub was also freezing cold and my bedroom was also freezing cold. I was told id get a full refund and i didnt. Not happy at all with the stay. Honestly iv had a better experience in travel lodge ! So dissapointed. This was a surprise for my daughter anf was totally ruined.

the stay was good and the staff service in the restaurant was very good. However I left a pair of diamond earrings in the safe. On calling the hotel I got the answer that I have to go and collect them and they refused to send them by registered post even if I paid for it. As I live two hours drive away this is not possible to collect. I'm extremely disappointed in the reaction.

Husband 80th birthday celebration.
Stayed for one night as 80th birthday celebration for my husband. Everything was fantastic. The staff from the cocktail bar, downstairs bar, restaurant and reception were friendly, welcoming and very helpful. After an excellent night's sleep in the king size bed, we thoroughly enjoyed a delicious buffet cooked breakfast where everything one could want for breakfast was provided. The check in and check out system was easy and quick. We'll definitely want to visit again.

I have used this hotel on a couple of occasions when visiting Bournemouth. Each time the staff have been amazing, very friendly and helpful. On my last stay, there was a party in the hotel and the music was extremely loud. I was located on the 7th floor and could hear it until the early hours, making it difficult to sleep. Other than that, my stay was very pleasant.

Wonderful!!!!
We had an overnight stay here, our room was ready early, the receptionist was friendly. It was a lovely room, so comfy and a great location. Breakfast was cooked beautifully. The whole experience was wonderful for our Christmas outing, love to go back again!!!!

Customer service was lacking a bit at reception in terms of greeting people could do with a refresher on how to greet paying guests. Staff at breakfast & dinner however where excellent kind and courteous especially a chap called Marco he is a shining example of how Customer service should be done, well done Marco! Room was good few maintenance issue but were resolved quickly and efficiently. Spa was excellent had two treatments me and the Mrs, Naomi is very good masseuse. Overall good in areas but can be improved in the smaller details. Would use again 4/5.

The receptionist was extremely grumpy, no customer services capability at all. We got into our room and had only been there 5 minutes when a Hulton employee walked straight into our room with an iron. There was no knock, pretty uncomfortable for two women!

Room was clean and pleasant. However, unhappy with breakfast- many things weren't available such as smoked salmon, melon and other fruit. I asked and their excuse was "waiting for delivery". I paid a lot of money for breakfast (around £15) so the least they could do was ensure there was supply. If not, offer an alternative rather than do nothing!
