Perched in Sunshine Canyon, you are a short, scenic drive (about 15 minutes) from the restaurants on Pearl Street, yet completely secluded with west-facing mountain views. This isn't just a place to sleep; it's a private adventure retreat built for recovery and high-end fun. Sleeps 14 across 6 bedrooms, 8 beds and 4 baths.

- The Ropes Course: a custom-built ropes course right on the property, exclusive to your group. You won't find this anywhere else.
- Contrast Therapy: cycle between the large hot tub (year-round) and the cold plunge (spring through fall). The ultimate recovery after hiking Mount Sanitas.
- The Primary Spa: a room-sized walk-in shower with dual rainfall heads and a deep soaking tub.

ENTERTAINMENT & DINING
- The Game Room: full-sized pool table, vintage arcade games and "Pop-a-Shot" basketball.
- Barista Station: a premium espresso machine and fully stocked coffee bar. Take your coffee to the balcony; commercial-strength heaters let you enjoy the view even in winter.

FAMILY & PETS
- For the kids: pack-n-play, noise machine and child-safe cutlery. The primary suite has a large closet that doubles as a quiet nursery.
- For the dogs: we are pet-friendly. The property is not fenced (this is real mountain living), so please keep dogs leashed outside. Cleaning supplies are under the sink, just in case.

ARRIVAL & CONNECTIVITY
- The driveway fits four to five vehicles. Keyless entry with a code provided before check-in.
- High-speed Starlink internet and cell signal boosters for remote work, streaming and safety.
- November through April, a 4WD or AWD vehicle is required for the canyon and driveway.

Sunshine Canyon is a quiet residential mountain community; please respect the peace of our neighbors.

GOOD TO KNOW
- Wildfire zone: no wood-burning fires anywhere on the property. Please use only the provided gas fire pits.
- Wildlife: bear, elk and mountain lion activity is common. Secure all trash and never leave food or garbage outdoors.
- Guests have exclusive access to the entire home, yard, hot tub, cold plunge and rope course. Owner storage areas are locked.
- The pergola and sun shade may be unavailable during seasonal windstorms; reach out before booking if they matter to your stay.
- Rideshare tip: Uber and Lyft availability up here can be limited, so book ahead or have a backup plan. Drop-offs usually work, but pickups from the house are less reliable, so schedule return rides in advance. A rental car is the most reliable option.
