The unit is fully and elegantly furnished to ensure your comfort. It features contemporary modern furniture, a well-equipped kitchen (suitable for preparing a Thanksgiving meal for eight) with new appliances. Adjacent to the dining room is a six-foot workstation with ample space for two adults to work side-by-side. There is a 50 square foot pantry for storage. The unit includes one full bathroom (five foot tub & shower) with an additional wash basin and cabinet. The two charming bedrooms are each furnished with a queen-size beds.

Having been fully remodeled the unit boasts new paint, drywall, lighting, new kitchen cabinets and fixtures, all new appliances, as well as new bathroom fixtures & cabinets. Everything has been updated.

This unit features a 375 sq ft outdoor patio (130sq’ covered) with a six-foot privacy fence and direct access to your private carport through the rear gate. No more scraping snow off your windshield during that heavy spring snowstorm or getting into that unbearable overheated car in August.
